  • The most comprehensive monitoring range, from pre-treatment, reverse osmosis, storage tank, ultra-purification, post- production treatment to water intake unit can be monitored in real time without any omission.
  • The largest number of monitoring items, including water quality, pressure, water temperature, flow rate, water storage, pure water production, pure/ultrapure water withdrawal, system operation time period, withdrawal time period, withdrawal personnel, remaining consumables purification capacity, etc. All key parameters are fully monitored in real time and self- diagnosed online to ensure the normal operation of the system. All operation data are stored in time for future inquiries.

Intelligent operation and management

  • Self- diagnosis through all detection points of the system, obtain real-time operation data and compare with the original setting parameters, if there is any deviation from the original setting parameters or system components and control operation abnormalities, the system will immediately start its own protection mechanism, alarm, pre-alarm or automatically shut down to avoid damage to the system and extend the life of the system

Intelligent Data Management System

  • The built-in "Smart Angel" system automatically collects all operational data and stores it in the system's internal memory for over 5 years, a patented technology that saves the additional cost of purchasing traditional external data management software systems and equipment.
  • Smart Angel's special memory mechanism ensures data integrity without tampering and is compliant with cGMP, GLP, CFR21 Part 11, EU GMP Volume 4 (Annex 11) or GAMP 5 and all other necessary compliance.
  • USB data loading function meets the requirement of data off-site peering; each end- user's information can be backed up in AIC Cloud Service Center and can be queried at any time,the system contains all records; adjustment records; historical operation records; consumables replacement records; maintenance and revalidation records. Trend analysis : Dates, temperatures, pressures, conductivity and water usage can be downloaded to your own PC in spreadsheet format (e.g. Microsoft Excel) via the USB interface for regular QA trend analysis or for printing data files to a printer.

Patented water integration process (P.I.M.)

  • The patented water circuit integration process provides a unique compact standard structure that integrates all the purification units and control elements. This allows the entire circulation line from inlet to outlet to be thoroughly disinfected, avoiding the risk of contamination due to incomplete disinfection operations.
  • Plug-and-play purification modules and control components enable more efficient on-site sampling, verification, calibration, maintenance, cleaning and other system maintenance operations, providing a low-cost and time-saving solution
